ABOUT

The International Conference on Applied Convergence Engineering (ICACE) provides a regular symposium for the presentation of cutting-edge research in applied convergence engineering to both academic and industry researchers in marine fields. ICACE2023 will be held at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, VNU-HCM, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on August 14-16, 2023.

TOPICS OF INTEREST

While everyone is encouraged to attend, the opportunity to present a talk or poster is intended for students, post-docs, and others related to marine engineering as well as scholars and researchers. We invite submissions in the form of a five pages paper (including all figures, tables, and references) on topics in applied convergence engineering, including but not limited to:

  Mechanical and Materials Engineering

  Electrics, Electronics, Electronic Materials, Data information

  Mechatronics, Control and Automation Engineering

  Civil and Environmental Engineering

  Radio Communication & Computer Engineering

  Logistics

INVITATION and SUBMISSION of PAPERS

We invite your contributions concerning applied convergence engineering. Research reports relevant to marine, shipbuilding, and offshore are welcomed as well. The program committee welcomes the submission of papers with short pages and demo descriptions, which must be no longer than six pages including title, text, figures, tables, and references. Accepted papers will be presented as orals or posters according to review and/or request.

You are required to send an abstract paper (1-2 pages) or a full paper (maximum six pages including all figures, tables, and references) by June 1, 2023. Acceptance notifications will be emailed by July 1, 2023. If your paper is accepted, you have the opportunity to deliver a 20-minute presentation. If a full paper is submitted, it can be published in the Journal of Advance Marine Engineering and Technology (JAMET) or VNUHCM Journal of Science and Technology Development (STDJ) after peer review with an additional charge fee.

BENEFIT & REGISTRATION for ICACE2023 PRESENTERS

 The presented paper can be published in the proceedings of ICACE2023 which is officially indexed by ISBN. The acceptance, however, cannot be guaranteed during the process of peer review

 Best Paper Awards will be given $100 (USD)

 Each accepted paper needs registration by at least one of its authors for publication

 The registration fee is US$150 for normal delegates, US$100 for students, and US$50 for local students.
